The UCO Real Estate Program is the only academic real estate industry program in the State of Oklahoma. About 1/3 of the students work in residential real estate, 1/3 commercial real estate, 1/6 Finance, and 1/6 Appraisers. Additionally, about ¼ of the students get master’s degrees in planning.
